Ha-Tha Yoga has been described as "sun & moon," "forceful," and even "to strike."  Like most Sanskrit words, the meanings are many. Each class we offer is considered Hatha Yoga. Our classes emphasize graceful movements, mindful actions, elegant alignment, and the pursuit of stilling the mind. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a deep sense of well-being to each student.
