For a community to be whole and healthy, it must be based on people's love and concern for each other.” ~Millard Fuller
Community is what we're all about. In fact, it's the very reason we decided to create this beautiful studio. How can Gratitude Yoga best serve our community and be of service? Our studio is a place for friends old and new to gather together to experience holistic well-being. Our studio offers a variety of classes on asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and yoga philosophy, along with community involvement. In that spirit, we invite you to become involved in our growing yoga community! Whether you have an established yoga practice or you're just curious to see and learn what yoga is all about, we have a place for you!
Work - Exchange Program
Gratitude Yoga's work-exchange program provides opportunities for our yoga students to contribute to Gratitude Yoga through service. The Work-Exchange Program maintains the studio's daily needs - keeping the studio clean and organized, assisting at the front desk, working side by side with staff, teachers, and other volunteers. The commitment is to work (1) two-hour shift per week for an entire month in exchange for a month of free yoga classes. To be eligible for our work-exchange program you must be dependable and punctual, practice with us regularly, be friendly and be willing to work for the greater good of our community. For more information, please contact us with the subject line: "Work - Exchange Program".
