Leave shoes, belongings, and cell phone outside of studio.  Leave belongings and your turned OFF cell phone in a cubby.  This helps us preserve the sacred nature of the studio.

Notify the teacher of injuries or medical conditions, ie: pregnancy.  This helps the teacher better assist you and give you specific modifications.

Practice often.  3 to 5 times per week is recommended for building a strong practice.  1-2 times a week will accomplish this goal, just over a longer period of time.

Support your practice...by taking a private yoga lesson.  Spend an hour with a teacher to receive specific attention tailored to your needs before you begin group classes or in addition to.

Ask for guidance with your practice.  As you build your practice, connect with your teacher(s) with questions around your practice or begin now by emailing us.  We are here to support you on your path.
